The Shenandoah Training center

Located in Fort Valley Virginia in the heart of the George Washington National Forest.

This Facility was built in 2006 for athletes that want to develop their skills to the maximum potential and be the best they can be at the sport of boxing.

Left Hook LLC and the Shenandoah training center are committed to offering the best in training, conditioning, management of professional and amateur fighters.

In the spring of 2010 the facilities living quarters will be finished for weekend Boxing clinics and will be offered as a training camp for those fighters that need to be separated from the pressures of everyday life while trying to prepare for that all important bout .
